What This Document Covers

TRX Energy Bot (trxenergybot.com) lets you rent TRON blockchain energy through Telegram bots. Registration is not required for the basic service. This page tells you exactly what data we collect, what we do with it, and what we do not collect.

1. What We Collect

Your TRON wallet address. When you use any of our bots, you send a TRC-20 wallet address. We store this address to deliver the rented energy and to keep transaction history. A wallet address is not personal identifying information in the legal sense.

Account data (optional). The /account/ page offers optional registration. If you create an account, we store: your email address, a hashed password (we cannot see your plaintext password), a session token (JWT) in your browser's localStorage, and your rental history linked to your account. Registration is not required to use the energy bots.

Cloudflare infrastructure. All requests to trxenergybot.com pass through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare processes your IP address and may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

Cloudflare Turnstile. The /account/ login page uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile analyzes your IP address and browser environment on Cloudflare's side. We do not store this data.

Telegram Login Widget. If you log in via Telegram on the /account/ page, Telegram sends us your Telegram user ID, display name, and username. We store these to link your account to your Telegram identity.

Google and Facebook sign-in (currently inactive). The /account/ page includes optional sign-in buttons for Google and Facebook. These buttons are not currently active — no application credentials are configured. When they are enabled in the future, Google or Facebook will receive your profile data per their own privacy policies and may set third-party cookies on your device. We will update this policy before activating these features.

Google Fonts. Our site loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. When your browser downloads these fonts, Google receives your IP address per Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrika. Our pages load Google Analytics (ID: G-QL60R97SV4) and Yandex.Metrika (counter ID: 110823218). These services collect anonymised usage data — pages visited, session duration, referrer, browser type, and country. Google and Yandex may set their own cookies to distinguish returning visitors. Yandex.Metrika additionally records click maps (aggregate heatmaps of interactions with page elements), outbound link clicks, accurate bounce-rate tracking, and session replays via Webvisor (mouse movements, clicks, and scroll depth); this data is stored on Yandex servers. See Google's Privacy Policy and Yandex's Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity (project ID: xnwc7mv5pn) to record anonymised session replays — mouse movements, clicks, and scroll depth — to understand how visitors interact with our pages. Clarity stores this data on Microsoft servers; it does not capture passwords or payment details. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement and Clarity's Privacy Policy.

Sentry error monitoring. We use Sentry to capture JavaScript errors and unhandled exceptions that occur in your browser while using our site. Sentry collects error messages, stack traces, the page URL where the error occurred, and your browser type and version. It does not collect personal data such as your name, email, or any content you type. We use this data solely to diagnose and fix technical problems. Legal basis: Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Sentry's Privacy Policy.

2. What We Do Not Collect

  • Identity documents or government ID numbers
  • Phone numbers (Telegram integration uses Telegram ID, not your phone number)
  • Payment card or bank account details
  • Location data
  • Advertising cookies set for ad targeting or profiling purposes

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data described above only to:

  • Deliver rented TRON energy to your wallet address
  • Maintain your account if you choose to register
  • Protect our systems from automated abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Legal basis for analytics and session recording (GDPR). For visitors from the European Economic Area: we rely on Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) as the legal basis for operating Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika (including clickmap, link-click tracking, accurate bounce-rate tracking, and Webvisor session replay), and Microsoft Clarity. Our interest is understanding how visitors use our site in order to improve it. We have conducted a balancing test and concluded that our interest in improving the service does not override visitors' rights, given that only anonymised or pseudonymised data is collected and you can opt out at any time. You may opt out of session recording by emailing support@trxenergybot.com or enabling your browser's Do Not Track setting.

4. Data Retention

Transaction records are kept for 12 months for troubleshooting and dispute resolution. Account data is kept until you request deletion.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to certain processing

To exercise any of these rights, email support@trxenergybot.com.
